I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1 because of the service I received from the young lady who scheduled my service. She was very cordial, and she provided all the information I needed to set up service. Some background, I've managed two customer service and dispatch call centers for a plumbing company and a portable storage company. Day of delivery, I received a call at 7:20 AM notifying me that he, the driver, would be at my location soon, to which I responded. that's not what time I scheduled delivery because our office is not open until 9 am. The driver kept insisting that I try to get someone to the location so he could do his delivery. After going back and forth a couple of times and me firmly explaining that was not possible, the driver told me to call someone else and hung up on me. When I called the office later that morning, I was notified that the driver was actually the operations manager and that the dispatch order had a delivery time of 8 am, to which I again explained that is not the time I scheduled delivery. I wasn't interested in discussing whether it's my fault or it's dispatch or the driver's fault. All I needed was my order filled and requested an updated delivery time. This was the time for someone to become the hero. As an operations manager, I only received upset customer calls. It was always my opportunity to shine, build business, and get the job done. However, this outfit failed miserably. I found out later that afternoon that they had an "internal" discussion and decided not to do business with me. I'm sure this company is doing me a favor with their decision, this delivery experience is probably indicative of future service.

They are amazing!!! We found out we had a septic issue 3 days before our daughters wedding and needed to rent some porta potties. Well, we originally ended up calling a different company to begin with and they canceled on us! As you can imagine, that caused a lot of panic, but Stephanie at Rent A Can was amazing and made sure we got 2 cans delivered right away!!
